How to setup POP email on Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard

Did you just get a cool phone with Windows Mobile 6.1? Want to get email on your phone? This article will walk you through the steps to setup POP email on Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard.

Select the Start Menu.
Select Messaging.
Select Setup E-mail.
Enter your email address.
Enter your password.
Select Next.
Uncheck "try to get e-mail settings automatically from the internet".
Select Next.
Select Internet e-mail.
Select Next.
Enter your preferred name.
Enter your incoming mail server address. *Ask your provider if you do not know.
Select POP3 for account type.
Select Next.
Enter your outgoing mail server address. *Ask your provider if you do not know.
Select Next.
Select Finish. Your all done!
