Disable Shortcut Icon Arrow Overlay in Windows Vista

We found a neat tool that remove the arrows on your short cuts on your desktop.  The application is free and provided by framworks.com.  Here are instructions on how to remove the arrows on your short cuts.

1. Download the tool from http://www.framworkx.com
   
   • Windows Vista 32 Bit Download Link
   • Windows Vista 64 Bit Download Link
2. Install the application.
3. Click Start.
4. Click All Programs.
5. Click Framworkx
6. Click Vista Shortcut Manager.
7. Click allow when you see the User Account Control Manager windows (Fxvisor.exe).
8. Click No Arrow.
9. Click Apply.
10. Log off and Log Back on.
