WORD (Work on Rest Day)

I really hate word especially if you're having OT everyday. I certainly would like to rest my body and mind to prepare for another week of grueling work. Any comments guys on WORD........?

awww -- that's why we former l2s agents went out of that company coz that reason, the pay first and formost is very unfair, and it feels like its not worth it, sometimes our O.T's are always in discrepancy, and of course the RD OT thingy. it made me think that the company would like u to live there nalang ahahahaha as if they own your life. as what i heard they are paying CDO extra cash so no big BPO's like CVG,SYKES, and others can get in. see why waste ur life to a company who does not even care but their agent's health and welfare? how bout if you wanna spend or waste it? then spend to a company who at least care.

yeah ... ur right. that's what i think of also ... im just gonna finish my one year and then i'll transfer to cebu ... they always make us go on word and if u dont do it ... they will issue an ir ... and to think the salary is soooooo small ... O.o jeez ... and the quota is sooo high ... they have lots of demands ... do this, do that ... follow this and follow that ... too many demands ... i hate it!! >_<

I have to agree to with to the nth power. I rather have my 2 full days of rest than have my restday renumerated with Php 368. No one can replace health with money. The company is not concern about your health status at work. All they ever care is the numbers that they can squeeze out from you. I certainly hope that I can find a better job soon so that my health wont deteriorate to the point of no return. We cant afford to get sick while at work especially if you have a family to feed.
