Over! haha! just two hours away from home but i am sooo sad!! i wanna go home this christmas!! :( it's my grandmother's birthday and this would be the first christmas ever that i won't be present if ever i can't go home due to work. hmf!! *cries!** i don't want to!!! >_< i don't want to miss this event ...!! never!!! my team mates will not want to exchange shifts with me ... i mean they're all living in cdo ... huhu!! i'm from iligan and i WANT TO GO HOME!! seriously!! i don't wanna be left behind this season. is there anyway i can request a permission to go home this christmas from the senior officers of this company?? please do answer ... :(

hi i perfectly understand ur concern bout not able to go home during christmas, i felt that too when i had my first time spending it at work. but ull get over it, u cannot ask ur sup by the way for the said off coz they have intended how many agents will on floor taking calls. obviously ur teamates will not let u swap

I think ur newbie? You know what... sa umpisa lang yan...masanay ka rin... Me? I've been here on CX company for 5 years and once lang ako nakapag holiday off and spending it with my family.... When you sign your contract with the company, you also sign your contract in not joining family gatherings in the coming days, months, years maybe? Anyway... Happy new year!!! Peace :-)

hmmm ... been working for eight months here so yeah, i can say im a newbie. haha. this is my first job and my first time ever to live away from home ... all FIRST! so it's quite hard for me to adjust ... and i'm not used to doing all these things ... you know, spending holidays alone ... it's driving me nuts! O.o ahpee new year! ^_^
