Old students who have graduatedfrom Kangwon-do High believed that it is the ghost ofa student who died 10 years when she was trappedin a classroom during a school fair, whichis the result of some mischievous students who likesmaking fun of her .The school administration usually keep their mouth shut about this whole thing because they don't want to ruin the school'sreputation.Kang Jin Hee, an orphan from Seoul, went to Kangwon-doto live with her Aunt Eun Soo. When they passed by Kangwon-do High in her aunt's car, Jin Hee noticedthe weird aura of the school's appearance. With theold oak trees, dead leaves scattered in the school ground and the eerie appearance of the building broughtJin Hee to a conclusion that the school might be haunted."Ajumma," Jin Hee said as she was still staring at theschool in front of her while Eun Soo is driving towardstheir house. "Is there a story behind that school?"Eun Soo stifled a giggle and stared at her briefly. "Wae?"What made you say that?" Jin Hee shook her head and spoke in a low voice. "Kurraeso (i don't know). There'ssomething weird about it. I can feel it." Eun Soosmiled and ruffled her niece's hair. "You're just toofed up with all your ghost movies back in Seoul." Jin Hee smiled and looked at her aunt. "Hmm ...probably."Eun Soo took a deep breath and smiled at her. "You'll be entering that school ground within two days. You'reexcited?" Jin Hee smiled a bit and shrugged. "Yeah.".......Two days after, Jin Hee is standing in front of the administration building in Kangwon-do High, whichis one of the oldest buildings in the school. Jin Heesquinted her eyes as she looked up the last windows inthe fourth floor. She saw a girl standing there withher long black hair flowing. She seemed like she's waving or something, Jin Hee can't figure out. Park Chun Hyang crept up from behind her and patted her on the back."Ya!" Jin Hee jumped from nervousness and looked at Chun Hyang.She's a pretty girl, fair and slim with a really pretty smile."You're a newbie, right?" Jin Hee creased her forehead as she staredat her. "Ye?" chun Hyang smiled and put her arm around Jin Hee."This is a small school and I know every face of the students aroundhere. So I know you're a newbie." Jin Hee is still astonished and she just nodded. Chun Hyang extended her right hand and smiled,"Nan Park Chun Hyang. You?" Jin Hee took her hand and shook itawkwardly. "Kang Jin Hee imnida." Chun Hyang smiled brightly, "Kurrae. Woo ri chin gu imnida." Jin Hee just nodded and Chun Hyangtrotted to her first class. "Ja rae! I'll see you around Jin hee!".......Jin Hee's first half of the day went by and she's just feelingso-so about it. Nothing is really interesting her in this school.Jin Hee has always been an aloof girl, she likes to spend her timealone and do things her own way. Back in Seoul, she went to a pres-tigious art school but she never really had real friends. During lunch break, Jin Hee entered the school cafeteria and lookedfor an empty table. Everyone seems to occupy it and they were allstaring at her. Jin Hee gulped and went to the counter to get a trayof food and sat down in a corner. When she's munching on her bulgogi,a group of three young girls, they were the campus bullies, approached her and took her apple. Jin hee looked up and was surprisedwith what they did. The leader of the group, Han Ga Eul, slammed herpalm on the table and everyone looked at them. "Ya ... Seoul baby."Sun Young played with Jin Hee's hair while Yeon Ha is staring ather mockingly. "What made you come to Kangwon-do and study in a stupidschool like this?" Jin Hee answered slowly, "I have to. I don't haveanyone back in Seoul." Yeon Ha scoffed, "Why is it?" Sun Young made a statement, "Is it true that your family own a drug company?"Jin hee creased her eyebrow, "What do you mean by that?" Ga Eullaughed and pinched her cheek, "Oh... you sound so innocent Seoulbaby. Don't play that game on us." The other two laughed with Ga Eul.Jin Hee fought back tears and stood up with her fists clenched. "That's not true! You have to take back what you said." Ga Eul shookher head and they all headed towards the exit. "I won't because it'strue." Yeon Ha winked at Jin Hee, "Be careful with ghouls in thehallway Jin hee." Chun Hyang heard everything when she walked inside the cafeteria and she gave the three of them a hard look. She rushed toward Jin Hee,who was sitting with tears on her face. Chun Hyang sat down in frontof her, "Kwaenchana? (are you ok?)" Jin Hee just look at her, andsmiled. "Ne. I'm ok." Chun Hyang shook her head and scoffed as sheremember Ga Eul's mean face. "They're such a bitch."Jin hee and Chun Hyang sat down together in the school bench after class. The school's mini-park is just in front of the administrationbuilding. Jin Hee can't help it but stare at the eerie building in front of her and look at the last window in the fourth floor.Chun Hyang took a long, deep breath and smiled at Jin Hee. "Howdo you like Kangwon so far?" Jin Hee smiled and looked at her. "Ifind it peaceful. And mysterious as well." Chun Hyang looked at her,and smirked. "Wae? Why did you say so?" Jin Hee look up at the lastwindow and everytime she look at it, she feels nausea. There'ssomething weird about that building and she just doesn't know what it is. "Chun Hyang, can you feel something in that building?"Chun Hyang looked at the administration building in front of them andshrugged. She have heard stories about the girl in white roamingthe hallways but she doesn't really believe in any of the stories."Aniyo (no) ...why?" Jin hee spoke while she's staring right aheadin front of the building, with her eyes pointed directly at thelast window on the fourth floor. "Yeon Ha mentioned something aboutghouls in the hallway earlier." Chun HYang scoffed and laughed,"Andyou believe it?" Jin Hee saw her again ... the girl in the last window."Ye ...I do." Chun Hyang felt the hairs on the back of her neck stoodup and she shivered as she followed Jin Hee's eyes toward the last window on the last floor........During that night, Jin Hee and Eun Soo are having dinner. Jin Hee was still thinking about the girl she's seeing on the last window at thelast floor. Eun Soo noticed her weird expression. "Jin Hee, are youok?" Jin Hee snapped back to reality and stared at her aunt. "Oh...yes." Eun Soo smiled and began asking her about her first day inschool. "How's school?" Jin hee smiled, "Kwaenchana (it's ok). I gota new friend. Park Chun Hyang." Eun Soo smiled happily. "That's cool!Is she nice? How is she?" Jin Hee think of a word to describe ChunHyang. "She's bubbly." Eun Soo giggled and nodded. "That's great!So she can make you bubbly too." Jin Hee remembered the weird girlat school. "Ajumma, is there a story behind the last classroomon the fourth floor of the administration building?" Eun Soo wastaken aback by the question and stared at her niece. "What made youask that question?" Jin Hee shrugged and continued with her meal."I just think that building is weird, that's all."
